Complaint Procedures
If You Have Concerns About Your Care
At Couples Therapy Inc., every therapist is deeply committed to providing ethical, effective, and compassionate treatment. But therapy is personal—and sometimes, you may feel uncertain, disappointed, or even upset by something that happens in session.
The first and most important step is to speak directly with your therapist. They know you. They know your relationship. And they are the one best equipped—clinically, ethically, and legally—to respond to your concerns. In most cases, a direct, honest conversation clears the air and strengthens the work ahead.
If your concerns are administrative in nature—not clinical—you’re welcome to contact our Head of Operations, Olivia Meisner at admin@couplestherapyinc.com.
However, if your concern involves the therapy itself, please talk with your therapist.
That conversation matters. It respects the work you’ve begun together—and gives it the best chance to grow.
